All order estimates are based on the customer's accurate weight or per bag pricing and any additional service add ons. Your final invoice will reflect the final commissions paid out.

In “My Order and Portfolio” on the app and website, all current orders are categorized by their status (e.g., Pending Pick-up, In Process, etc.). You can view previous orders by Year-to-Date (YTD) or access a list of completed and rejected orders.

Once an order is complete, the SL Vendor will initiate the customer invoice through the app. Customers must approve the invoice and have their saved payment source charged before delivery. Payments are automatically processed through Stripe, ensuring secure transactions. All payments for your delivery services will be received exclusively via Stripe through our Platform or Site.
