Processing Orders

While canceling an order midway through delivery is not ideal, we understand emergencies happen. In case of an emergency, please contact the support team or the customer to arrange a new delivery time. Repeated cancellations without valid reasons may result in account suspension.

Unless the order was canceled due to an emergency or delayed by the SL Vendor, failing to meet the delivery window is not acceptable. Delivering orders after their assigned time will result in account suspension.

Customers agree to exclude hazardous materials from their laundry orders. For your health and safety, consider wearing latex gloves when picking up orders. You also have the right to reject and return any order unwashed if prohibited items are found in the laundry bag.

Once an order is complete, the SL Vendor will initiate the customer invoice through the app. Customers must approve the invoice and have their saved payment source charged before delivery. Payments are automatically processed through Stripe, ensuring secure transactions. All payments for your delivery services will be received exclusively via Stripe through our Platform or Site.
